I'm sure you've noticed the theme of my posts this week! So I'm going to officially declare this Typewriter Week here in the UPPERCASE journal—and I welcome you to post about typewriters on your blogs this week too! I've recently purchased an old Royal typewriter. I'm currently using it to create labels for my handmade soap.

I find the professional, model-style photos of you and your red Royal very well done and were it not for the complications of rights and restrictions and so forth I would tend to think that one of these (or one like them) would make a fabulous front-page photo for The Portable Typewriter Forum. Ah, well - I guess I'll stay with the safe old Consul 221. Although it is kind of plain.
Anyway, I'll now have to bookmark your site and continue visiting during the week to see what unfolds. I'll also make a note of it in my forum since everything here is so well done and worth seeing.
